Our service, “Match Now” is a service that matches successful candidates who passed the respective competitive exam with students currently preparing for these exams. “Match Now” also provides various solutions for preparing for these competitive exams, such as tutoring and selling learning materials. Match Now's services are available through the website and applications, and this T&C agreement applies to all Match Now's services.
Access to some services or content may require registration. By creating an account and using the services, you agreed to abide by all of the following T&C governing use of the service. We shall be provided a unique User id and password as mentioned above. This username and password are personal to you, and you agree to always keep the confidentiality of your username and password and not disclose them to any third party. You must use the assigned user ID and password whenever requested. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account when exercising your right to use this account. You agree that you are solely responsible for anyone using your name and password to access the website, regardless of your specific authorization.

For clarity, in the Terms, 'we', 'our' and 'us' means the ”Match Now” and 'you' and 'your' means any natural or legal person who uses the service and each entity on whose behalf the user acts.
